Taylor Made Specs first opened its doors to the public in June 2006, as somewhere just to buy glasses, but it soon became apparent that due to the public demand, the facility to provide eye examinations was needed.

In April 2009 a second branch was opened in Netherton High Street followed by a Coseley branch in 2017. The idea behind opening Taylor Made Specs was to make the visit to the opticians more of a pleasure not a chore with providing a high quality, friendly and personal service supplying high quality frames and lenses at very affordable prices and making sure that the journey from booking in, to leaving the practice was as smooth as possible.
